We are seeing elevated error rate in processing incoming webhooks which can impact Unblocked bot responses. Our team is investigating the issue.

Update 2:25PM PT: We have implemented a fix and the system is back to normal operations. We will continue to monitor.

Update 4:00PM PT: We see increased error rates again.

Update 5:00PM PT: Additional fixes have been applied and the system is currently working through the events backlog

Update 6PM: Issue has been resolved and all services have resumed normal operations.
